Tako TV has no accounts and no logins, so there is nothing here that identifies you to us. What follows is what the site stores and which other companies are involved.

What stays on your device

Two things, both kept in your browser's own storage and never sent anywhere: the episodes you have been watching, so the home page can offer to continue them, and the titles you have saved to My list. Clearing your browser data removes both, and nothing of either reaches a server.

What we never collect

No names, no email addresses, no accounts, no watch history on our side, and no analytics of our own. The site sets no cookies of its own at all.

Video, and YouTube

Every episode plays in YouTube's own embedded player, loaded from youtube-nocookie.com. In that mode YouTube stores nothing on your device until you actually press play; once you do, Google may set cookies and count the view, exactly as it would on YouTube itself. That is the point — the view and the ad revenue belong to the channel that published the episode. What Google does with it is covered by Google's Privacy Policy.

Advertising

Advertising on this site is served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to select and measure the ads you see.

You can review and turn off personalised advertising at My Ad Center. Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are asked to choose before any advertising cookie is set.
